1) ADC 12 aluminum has evident advantage over bronze, copper and steel in heat transfer efficiency due to its low thermal inertia.

 2) The material of ADC 12 aluminum we used is examined by advanced metal analyzer. 

 3) The aluminum in liquid in 730°C is cast into complete forms once for all by 800T automotive die-caster.

 4) During die cast every hour we will cut one blank to test the thickness in order to  garantee the minimum  thickness is above 1.8mm.
